BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY
50% of the total booking fee is due at the time of booking. The remaining 50% will be due and charged 30 days prior to arrival date. The Booking fee is non-refundable. 2-day minimum on all cabin reservations.
CANCELLATIONS
Reservations cancelled 30+ days before the scheduled arrival date will be charged a 20% cancellation fee (total booking). The remaining 30% deposit amount will be refunded to you.
Reservations cancelled less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will be charged a 20% cancellation fee but will receive a Log Cabin Resort credit for the remaining balance that must be used within 12 months of the cancellation or will be defaulted. No other refunds will be issued. No refunds or credits will be issued for early departures.
